This is part of OOBE tickets line.
Out Of the Box Experience(OOBE) is aimed at providing better defaults values in suricata.yaml

Ship pre-configured oinkmaster and pulledpork configs.

might be expanded to other tools like scirius? not sure if it's worth the hazzle or just add this in a wiki section

I'm not too keen on the idea of shipping configs for tools that follow another release cycle, even if unlikely to change.
