files-json.log should contain the full path of the saved file when "file-log" is enabled

Description

Currently, the "file-json.log" does not contain any references to the files that are saved.

this information will be very useful when post-processing saved files based on the "tailing" of the json file.

I don't intend to update this log at all. We'll be removing it as it's obsoleted by eve-log's fileinfo logs. The eve variant has a file_id field that can be used to construct the file name.

The drop dir is part of the config. You can just take the configured dir, then append "file." + the id.
