Suricata

Look into publishing Suricata as a Snap package, ideally using the PPA as the build Suricata to re-use that work. This would allow for anyone with access to the snap store (most distributions these days) to easily install Suricata with a known configuration.

Will need to consider things like confinement levels, ideally avoiding classic confinement.
