Description

Starting from 7.0, after enabling Suricata, telnet curl wget timed out and returned to normal after shutting Suricata down

Below 7.0, there is no such issue

What are the possible reasons?

Running in IPS mode, using iptables NFQUEUE, added rules in mangle INPUT
