Description

In address-group configuration, Negate does not applied correctly about alias which contain IPv6 address.

The configuration which have problem is below.

address-groups:

    HOME_NET: "[10.1.1.200/32, 192.168.1.2/32, 3FFE:0000:0000:0000:0200:00FF:FE00:0001/128]" 

    EXTERNAL_NET: "!$HOME_NET"

My suricata version is "2.1dev (rev 22272f6"

This seems to be the same issue as reported by Bill Meeks here: https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/1267#note-5

A fixed was merged into the git masters yesterday.
