closedIP Reputation load error
Description
Suricata is 3.0rc1 (github version). I get the following error when loading ip reputation files :

Have you tried increasing the host memcap?

I do not know where the "host memcap" setting is.

I increased the memcap of host section. The problem solved. Thanks.
