Description

Use the bit from #5647 to keep track of the ratio of packets belonging to elephant flows and non-elephant flows. Question is how to output it.

One way would be to have a set counter that tracks the percentage of eflow packets so they get into the stats log. When per thread stats logging is enabled it could show this per thread.

A next question will then be to know what flows are the clogging a thread.
