C++ compatibility

Description

It would be good to have C++ compatibility (for creating modules in C++ or reuse parts of project), but now suricata have no. There are some problems like usage of C++ keywords ('class' in source:src/detect.h#L409).

Well, Suricata is a C project, so I'm not really concerned about C++ compatibility.
