Suricata

Suricata 7 added frame support to the rule language as another means to access parts of the inspected stream and protos.
However, our documentation also mention frames as elements of specific protocols (such as HTTP2 and Ethernet), which are
not the same as the native Suricata frames.

Our documentation should clearly indicate what is what, for those instances.
I think we should also add a small entry to our glossary, when we add that.
