Description

The primary motivation is to use it within suricata-verify tests with full tcp/streaming sessions and to verify functionality in IPS runmode.
One net_pcap interface could be with the RX PCAP, the other with the TX PCAP path.
Or could both interfaces be loaded with different RX and TX paths? Would it help us in any way since the packet processing would be unpredictable?
