Documentation #8563
closeddoc: improve manpage of suricatasc
Description
The manpage of suricatasc just names 'suricatasc' in the SYNOPSIS section. Though the COMMANDS are described later, the OPTIONS syntax and the optional SOCKET argument are not.
Especially there is no hint of the SOCKET argument, which I consider to be very helpful.
In this ticket, I will improve the manpage of suricatasc and describe the COMMAND syntax and the SOCKET argument. The text is identical to suricatasc -h.
IMHO backporting to 7.x isn't required any more, because it is the old python implementation. It thus has a slightly different syntax and it is not worth the effort any more. If you consider it as required, please tell me and I can do a 7.x version, too.
Thanks for your review!
Regards,
Andreas
