Description
Before the release of 2.0beta1, we need to:
- use dynamic htp_get_version(), should be added tomorrow
- update configure check to check for >= 0.5.4 instead of 0.5.x

Probably a check for either >= 0.5.4 or == 0.5.x, so that one can use both the current master or the release?
