Description
Two bugs found in pcap-file continous directory reading:
1) When poll interval was set to a multiple of 60 then the polling interval in the code could turn to 0.
2) Reading a corrupted PCAP file/non-PCAP file infinite looped Suricata because it neither excluded the file nor updated the next expected timestamp.
