Re-opening 6746 for main-7.0.x For master: The original issue was first reported in 6732 and merged with https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/10426. That was a partial fix and https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/10590 resolved all known issues. For main-7.0.x: The initial changes were backported into main-7.0x with 2 commits from https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/10442: - f8ec39208d3f4c57da3fc394e86c64eb816cc6cd - 15bb1d48411abd7aec7b0d685a2ac2dac010cd75 This ticket is for backporting the changes from the second fix to master (https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/10590): - f17204191d3bb2201e6b6b1c4cf2e7a96148e8cd - f9cf87a003d273ec175590e2ffec053d2672af95 This issue is created to continue addressing the issue partially fixed in 6746; 6746 has been mentioned in the release notes as correcting the issue. There, the issue was not completely fixed as it removed stats from the per thread values. The fix for the partial correction was issued in https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/10590 and associated with issue 6732.
