Description

Per mailing list discussion, the HUP process called for by logrotate does not appear to include *-json-log log output. Please add this functionality for the HUP signal to match the behavior of the the eve-json outputs for consistency.

Think we'll need a backport to 2.0.x as well, including separate ticket.

In addition, alert-debug should also be included. From what I can tell, it does not appear to be in 2.1dev (rev e583de0).
