configure doesn't display additional information for missing requirements

Description

When running configure with at least some options, (in this case I was testing with --enable-lzma but intentionally did not have the proper libraries/headers available) I did not see the expected output of:

echo " Warning! liblzma library not found, you will not be"
echo " able to decompress flash file compressed with lzma."

I am not sure if this is the expected behaviour of configure or not?

It is handy to have the output of how/what to install if a configure option is given but the header/libraries are not found.
