Description

Seems before the fix in https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/issues/3732 , with a specific corner case replay and pcap libhtp's memuse (http.memcap hits).
The memory used by libhtp could be up to 14GB which is unneeded. With the fix in the bug report above , the libhtp memuse hoovers in around 500MBs
