During initial startup filestore directories are created...

28/6/2020 -- 23:16:35 - <Info> - Filestore (v2) creating directory /var/log/suricata//filestore

...logs indicate doubled slashes, which likely indicates an excess slash prefix occurs somewhere.

Seen in suricata-5.0.3.
