Description

Respect a "deprecated" field in the index to allow a source to be used, but considered deprecated. A deprecated source can be used like any other ruleset but will not be listed in the "list-sources" output, and a warning will be shown if a deprecated source is being used.

Use case: allow a ruleset to be renamed, plus others.
