stream: reset stream-depth if parser reaches error state

Description

Several parsers will use a custom (normally higher) stream-depth setting. This is to allow for inspection deep into the protocol for file extraction and such.

However if the parser reaches an error state (which is unrecoverable) it should probably be reset to the default.
