How to extact http from https while upload ca and cert of tls

Description

eg: there is a site https://192.168.122.4:443 is my protected site. i want to unpack the tls and then make traffic through `http` rules.
so is there some way to input cafile and cert of my tls, then store the Plaintext traffic of http.

Suricata does not support stipping TLS, but can work with tools that does this.
