Description
The default value for logging.stacktrace-on-signal should be disabled.
It's incorrectly enabled if there is no config option.

master-5.0.x contains an unused functionality that wasn't intended to be included in master-5.0.x
The unused functionality is part of the "stack on signal" feature that's in master-6.0.x and master.
