Description

In master, as part of conversion to nom 7, add limit was added to the number of operations per compound, see:

https://github.com/OISF/suricata/commit/ea1d03f8e38aca376adcb80b1851b97a0816a5e9

But this was never given a ticket and never noticed for a specific backport.
