Description

We want to migrate the https://redmine.openinfosecfoundation.org/projects/suricata/wiki/OpenBSD_Installation_from_GIT
page from redmine into our devguide in readthedocs.

In order to do that, it is important to be able to run all steps of the process and update the guide as needed, so we ask that
this be done by someone who can work on OpenBSD.
