Description

Add a list of NICs, which the team or the community experimented with and was able to run Suricata with.
Alternatively, list NICs that are not supported/partially supported. Partially supported NICs should have its list of features that are not supported.

Also, add a disclaimer that the NICs are not involved in an active CI/CD environment.
