Logs about exception policies set-up aren't exactly standardized.
`ExceptionPolicyMasterParse`
`ExceptionPolicyGetDefault` and
`ExceptionPolicyParse`
all log messages about what value was set to an exception policy, including the
master switch. But the format of the messages isn't the same, which can be confusing.

Would be great to standardize those, perhaps even only have one point where the
message is logged (maybe one for individual policies, and another for the master switch, or at the very least using the same terminology when logging info about the master switch).
