Based on suggestion seen on https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/9404/files/8f48093735276ef1170cb45d2941d8461de370f7#r1309826422.

After discussing this with Victor, it was decided that this should be considered again in the future, as the way PostgreSQL
PDUs and subprotocols are, changing this part of the parser would likely introduce new complexities, and thus should require more
thought and a dedicated time slot for this. Ticket created so it won't fall off our radar.
