Have keywords export JSON dump function for engine analysis

Description

Engine analysis is dumping really interesting information about keywords usage in signature so it is interesting to enhance it. Current approach is to add the information in detect-engine-analysis.c but the file is growing and developer adding keywords will forget to add the analysis. By moving the dump function to the keyword we will avoid the problem and get something easier to maintain.
