Add 'default' interface setting in YAML

Description

It is currently not possible to setup globally some configuration variable for interface. The idea of this feature is to add a 'default' interface which will allow use to set some variable for all interfaces. The value set in the 'default' interface must be overwritten by the per-interface value.
