Description

Support somewhat similar functionality as a BPF filter in the AF-PACKET capture mode. The actual format can be different.
This ticket aims to leverage rte_flow support (hardware parsing and filtering of the traffic directly on the NIC itself) of modern NICs - such as E810 and MLX5 (ConnectX-5/6/7) NICs.
