Description

Propose a version 2 with cleaned up and better, semantically organized logs for PGSQL message types.

Initial proposal here: https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/12946

List more cases where this would be beneficial, and for a second version add versioning to the log output.

"Related work": I don't think we've ever seen a Notification Response on the wire, so we don't have SV tests with it -- and our JSON schema is also missing it.
