Description
Hi,
It seems that the ranges of rule number assignments are managed by:
https://sidallocation.org/
Unfortunately, I can find rule numbers like 84456722 that are outside the referenced ranges.
Additionally, https://github.com/sidallocation/sidallocation.org/issues doesn’t seem to answer any questions. Some are several years old.
Is there a reliable reference for these rule number ranges?
This would be useful to avoid overlapping and to easily activate rules from one source.

I think the best way to address a rule publisher releasing rules outside of their range is to contact the rule publisher directly and let them know they have gone out of range. The way SidAllocation.org works is that rule authors request a range to be more cooperative with other rule writers; however, there is no real way to enforce this.
If this specific SID 84456722 is referring the Abuse.ch rule, I've reached out to them already with respect to SID allocation.
