Description

When using filemagic and the thread-initialization function fails (DetectFilemagicThreadInit), suricata will continue but may produce indeterminate results as
- DetectEngineThreadCtxInitKeywords stops processing keyword contexts
- ThreadCtxDoInit ignores the return value from @DetectEngineThreadCtxInit@erdnaxe
