Description
Currently, the TLS store keyword is dependent of the tls-log output module. If tls-log output is not active tls.store is not enable. There is absolutely no good reason for that and the two components should be separated.
An implementation was proposed by one of my student some months ago during one of my lecture: https://github.com/chamaillard/suricata/commit/f464685894db958b20bc49aec5cf224d971864f5
It adds a new logging module named tls-store. I could or rebase or reimplement this.
