closedafpacket: unsupported datalink type 65534 on tun device

Description
--af-packet=tun0 leads to an error about an unsupported datalink type 65534. Pcap works on it though. The datalink as reported by pcap is 12. If I change the af-packet code to force the datalink 12 value, it works correctly. So it seems the detection code is not working correctly.
