hyperscan mpm: enable by default

Description

Hyperscan seems very stable, so I think it's time to enable it by default.

I'm suggesting to use the same logic as with spm-algo, simply have an 'mpm-algo: auto' that default to hs if hyperscan is compiled in and uses "ac" otherwise.
