Description
As discussed at SuriCon, it would be good to make sharing of test cases easier. These cases can have many forms:
- links to pcaps (e.g. Michal mentioned smb pcaps in the Bro git repo)
- actual test cases (https://github.com/jasonish/suricata-verify)
- etc

covered by suricata-verify, we can create new tickets in the future if necessary for something like a repo for trex stuff
