Description
Quick start should cover basics of:
- install suricata
- basic setup (HOME_NET, etc)
- suricata-update
- starting
- mininal eve.json validation
- Assignee set to Community Ticket
- Target version changed from Documentation to TBD
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Assignee changed from Community Ticket to Andreas Herz
Would you add it after 2. Installation in our current docs?
I think even before. 1. what is suri, 2. quick start, 3. install ...
What install method should we cover, the manual one with the tarball or the ubuntu PPA?
For the rest I have an idea and will post a small draft/preview.
I think Ubuntu + PPA is probably best to use. Of course add a link to the general install page.
