Description

fast.log and alert-debug.log files have the same problem as http.log used to have before - logging with incorrect time. It stays 1 hr behind of whatever time Suricata was originally compiled, regardless of restart or time zone change.

Apply the patch attached to feature 247, it will fix the issue.
