closedYml inline option interference with read pcap

Description
For some pcaps when you read them(-r) with suri git master (tested on version 1.1beta2 (rev bc5c9f4)) - proper alerts are not triggered because the yaml inline option is set to "yes", when it is changed to "no" the pcap an alerts function properly.
Example is attached.
