Description
The existing SID ranges or documented here https://doc.emergingthreats.net/bin/view/Main/SidAllocation, but its not complete.
Ideally we'd mark these ranges in our index, which could then serve as an authoritative source within the Suricata ecosystem.
Note: We've previously lightly discussed a vendor ID to make overlapping SIDs between vendor a non-issue.
