Description
The Endace DAG support currently only supports an "auto" runmode, which is not optimal for performance. It should support at least single, autofp and workers.
We need outside help on this, as no OISF dev currently has access to a working Endace setup.

First patchset applied.
2 more patches. The first updates the DAG support based on some internal review, and second adds single and autofp runmodes for the ERF file reader mode.
