Description

The source code tarball for Suricata 6.0.3 does not contain the http2-events.rules file in the ../rules/ sub-directory. The file is shown in the listing of that directory on the OISF GitHub for the master-6.0.x branch.

Since HTTP2 support is present in 6.0.3 (but considered experimental), I believe the http2-events.rules file should be packaged in the source code.
