Description

Esp troublesome if Suri has an infinite loop bug. Any signal given to s-v should probably be caught and Suri be terminated too.

Confirming this is still the case today with #9106 test case + `kill -2 SVPID`
I see

Received interrupt signal, shutting down gracefully...

But suricata-verify is not signaling the running suricata
