Description
It appears the eve stats logging doesn't log any counter with a name w/o a dot.
- Target version changed from 7.0.0-rc2 to 7.0.0
- Target version changed from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1
- Priority changed from Low to High
- Status changed from New to Assigned
- Assignee changed from OISF Dev to Jeff Lucovsky
In this case, I think changing the name of the stat counter is appropriate

No, it's not flow specific. The value is calculated based on memcaps for stream, stream-reassembly, app-layer http, defrag, ippair and host.
