Description

Reevalute messages shown during the Suricata run and consider demoting some messages to lower log levels (e.g. config/debug)

Examples of such

Info: dpdk: 0000:01:00.1: closing device [DPDKCloseDevice:util-dpdk.c:52]
Info: dpdk: 0000:01:00.1: releasing packet mempool [DPDKCloseDevice:util-dpdk.c:55]
