Description

Currently we can only specify the number of receive threads in suricata.yaml itself. It'd be nice to be able to specify it on the command line.

Jason Ish's work on env var config overrides could help as well: https://github.com/inliniac/suricata/pull/167

Intend to merge that into 1.5.
