userguide: document generic aspects of integer keywords
Description
As discussed in https://github.com/OISF/suricata/pull/9991#discussion_r1425872410
all integer keywords will accept all possible operators, for instance. This could and
should have its own section for integer keywords, which specific keywords (like the one in the
PR linked here) would point to.

Oh, I like that, although this expands the scope. Actually, probably another ticket: add keyword type to --list-keywords output?
