Description

As seen in https://github.com/OISF/suricata-verify/pull/1576#pullrequestreview-1837254209
OpenBSD may also complain if a pcap file has the `-nanosecond` attribute.

Expanding the CI check should make it easier for us to catch this and hopefully avoid having such tests fail, since having an OpenBSD instance available for debugging SV tests is a bit more complicated.
