Convert unit tests in detect-dns-query that do things like create packets, stream engine tracking,
and detection, into pcap-based SV tests.

There is no more src/detect-dns-query.c file since commit 9814b698c871e1e41850050c895cc55df94470f3
And at that point, it did not contain any unit tests anyways...
